A vocabulary to describe the status of acquiring and using funding for a project:
Applied
Approved
Rejected
In utilisation (the research activity is being carried out, for which the funding is being used)
In reporting
Closed
Sustainability periods defined by some funding agreements are a very polymorphic term and are best modelled with a separate vocabulary that describes the individual contractual obligations: e.g. running a website (for at least 5 years within the end of the project), updating a dataset (at least 3 yearly updates), teaching (at least a number of students within the next 10 years), .... These obligation condition types would appear on the links between the funding and the particular result of the project.
