Some vocabularies are too large or expand too frequently to be materialized in the CERIF Semantic Layer of a CRIS in their entirety and kept up-to-date. Examples are:

The language tags to represent languages and their variants (in line with the IETF BCP 47 rules)
Large thesauri, such as Agrovoc or MeSH or GND
Dynamic lists of complex objects, such as Open Access mandates and policies (ROARMAP)
License conditions

How should we represent such vocabularies?
