Scheduling support #134

@Markush2010 I believe to be mostly done with the styling. There are some caveats as described in #131

I also introduced a way to attach an icon to a side event. The iconset is predefined but can be easily extended with more stuff from the fontawesome set. I only tested it so far with a small subset of talks to keep the testing process as simple as possible, so could you please perhaps look over it one last time with a larger set of sessions?
