Add margin-top of 75px to footer #153

You mean in addition to the 30px bottom padding we have in the main content area? Or do you have specific pages in mind?

In addition to that. Of course you can also simply change the padding-bottom to 100px. ;)

I've now set the padding of the main container to 100px. This should work for most places. There are some situations where an extra padding is added by a containing element but should be problematic :)
