Unable to change profile #162

I got this message when I tried to save changes to my profile:

An error occurred while saving the form.

Please try to clear your cache and try it again. There should be a more informative info message somewhere :) It is most likely somewhere near your avatar.

I uploaded a bigger picture and it works. Issues can be closed.
