Allow ticket types to conditionally prevent sending the invoice PDF to the buyer #175

Iff a purchase has been paid by invoice, and iff the purchase total is 0,00 EUR and iff a purchase consists of only ticket types preventing a invoice sending, don't send the PDF invoice to the "buyer".
