Update user profile page #178

This is the proposed layout that should be implemented. Is probably more useful than just the "internal reference" :)

@mschufferth Does the new speaker image basically imply that we should remove the grey borders everywhere again?

I would say yes, but can you maybe attach an image of the borders you mean? :)

The new staff page for instance has that as does the session-details page:
