Add a note on how users should register for training sessions on the attendances page. #212

When you log in and click on 'profile' > 'session attendances', it says "You have not yet indicated your attendance to any specific session."

https://ep2014.europython.eu/en/schedule/attendances/, does not indicate how the user can specify a session. On IRC, @Markush2010 clarified that there was a 'attend this training' button on every training page until pre-registration was closed. This assumes that the user logs into the site to browse the list of sessions. Those who dont or are not aware would miss registering for any training session.

It would be helpful if the attendances page had either an edit button with fields to enter the session, OR, a link to the schedule page where the user can select the sessions or even a note explaining how they should register for the training sessions. Thanks.
