Add Twitter feed widget #41

This could be done server side using e.g. https://github.com/edoburu/django-fluent-contents or by simply embedding the Twitter widget (https://dev.twitter.com/web/embedded-timelines) on the site (in the footer area).

Is it useful to have a Twitter feed on the website? Is it helping with SEO or anything like that? Could we just post a link to the hashtag field instead? Something like: https://twitter.com/search?q=%23europython&src=typeahead_click&f=live
