Play Tool not functioning on Oculus Rift #78

After disregarding HS for a while, I gave this excellent mod another go, but I and at least one other user have noticed the tool that I think is called the Play Tool doesn't seem to be functioning 100%. The joystick doesn't seem to emulate the mousewheel. Pushing it up does seem to at least start an action, but no subsequent speed control is possible, and it lacks the rumble feedback I know it used to have. (I have confirmed rumble is enabled in the settings xml file) I've tried it with a couple different repacks of the game so far without success. It may possibly be the fault of the particular game version (if I can find one that appears to work with this I'll update here), but I'm wondering if maybe some update to SteamVR or something may have thrown things off. Everything else appears to work so far.

Figured it out. Not sure if it was poor memory on my part or an actual change, but left-right on the stick does what I thought up-down previously did. Still no rumble but that is very minor.
