rebased to latest main-branch
set CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS_DEVELOPMENT and CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS_DEVELOPMENT same as _RELEASE
Moved build instructions to BUILDING.md and linked in README.md
turned steps into enumeration
Add folder structure to source files
