Update to .netstandard2.0, EFCore 2.0, fixed Angular version to 4.0, disabled aot.

It has been quite a while. Would be great if this or the other pull request was merged at some point and a new NuGet package would be released. Thanks a lot! Or do you have any objection if I host a myget for now?
