repairwindow changes % dmg after undocking/docking #14

My Orca has 57% armor as documented in https://github.com/zhyrohaad/AlasiyaEvE/issues/140 . When i log in, I get a different total HP and damage percent than when I undock and dock back up. I've even seen a 3rd number in the 3% range with a total HP of ~100k (which is larger than the total EHP even with shields)

repair code isnt taking some bonus into consideration while docked. will make note.
