Polaris solar system stations are owned by System #152

Describe the bug Polaris' stations are owned by #SYSTEM (id 0) so that prevents any information window from showing up properly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Tr to Polaris
  2. Try to see any of the information windows in the Polaris stations.

Expected behavior A proper information window should show up

Additional context This is just a situation of missing data that most likely CCP either removed from the dump OR changed throughout the game development. On the old Apocrypha build we do have three Polaris corps and these stations are owned by one of those corps. Should we create a dummy EVEmu corp or set these stations as owned by an existing corp?

I havent messed with any of the GM-Only items, including ships, skills, and areas, as 'normal' players would never see them. i was more concerned with low and mid level items. having said that, im sure there are many high-end and endgame things missing or not right.

as for the data for these, im sure a bit of digging will turn it up. if not, we can take from apoc or make our own. (ofc, i vote for AlasiyaCorp to own one.) :)
