Describe the bug learnin skill "salvaging" make server halt without error. No more server message and game become unresponsive

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

entre /giveskill me 25863 1

Expected behavior add skill to character sheet

System Details (please complete the following information):

Server OS: Ubuntu 20.04 Server
Docker
EVEmu Version commit baa0133271a5479979528ca8af420bc76323a504 (staging)

Can you try showing info on a salvager ii module, going to requirements and clicking give all skills? I'm curious if this works and therefore is an issue with the command itself
