Describe the bug server crash on anchoring Moon Harvesting Arrays (POS module)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have a POS up and running
/giveitem 16221
lanch for corporation
anchor eithr via the Moon Harvesting Arrays or via the POS managment
crash when you validate the anchoring

Expected behavior should be able to anchor structure

System Details (please complete the following information):

Server OS: Ubuntu 20.04 Server
Docker
EVEmu Version #201

Moon harvesting is currently not implemented at all, this will need to be a future feature
