Can't warp directly to cosmic signature (Wormhole) -Also wormhole does not appear

Describe the bug Bug - Can not warp to 100% cosmic signature from the scan window and must create bookmark to be able to warp to it. Scanning down a wormhole and warping to it results in no wormhole appearing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Get a scanning ship and install a probe launcher. Load the launcher with core probes recommend 5 of them. Undock ship and launch probes. Open map and make sure it's in system mode. Scan for a cosmic signature looking for a wormhole. If you find one attempt to right click on the 100% signature and warp to it. You will get an error pop up. Right click again and create a bookmark. Warp to bookmark and you will likely find no wormhole.

Expected behavior When you find a cosmic signature and it's at 100% you should be able to warp directly to it from the scan window without getting an error. Also when you find a wormhole and warp to it you should find a temporary gate way to a wormhole system that normally lasts for 24 hours.

Please re-test in latest staging branch, wormholes should be scannable and warpable last time I checked, but its possible something broke...
