Can't move large stacks between Corp Hanger division Holds #61

In an Orca, put 35k worth of Tritanium in the Division 1 tab. Try to drag the stack into Division 2. You get an obtuse error message about having insufficient space.

all corp cargo holds share available space. they are not x m3 each

however, that error msg will need work.

while working on #58, i have found the error here working on fixes and testing, along with #28, #37 and #68
