No longer functioning for me #269

As of yesterday the script doesn't seem to function anymore. there's no buttons on youtube added anymore. if I enable the debug constant and filter my console to '[YT-HWV]' I see nothing. the script shows to be enabled when viewing tampermonkey from youtube.com if i turn off all extensions except for tamper monkey, and all other tamper scripts the issue persist. i am using the latest version of the script

this seems to be the case for both msedge and chrome

If no message is printed with DEBUG = true set, that means the code isn't running at all. Do your other TamperMonkey scripts work? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? Can you try in incognito mode to ensure no other extensions are conflicting?

Do your other TamperMonkey scripts work? Yes Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? Yes Can you try in incognito mode to ensure no other extensions are conflicting? Yes I've turned off all other extensions. And it occurs on multiple browsers as stated.

Youtube changed something and scripted stopped working today (24th October 2024)

I'm not so sure. I'm on Chrome 130.0.6723.70 and it works for me

As I said it doesn't work on edge or chrome for me. Probably YouTube a/b testing a new design as usual. Just a pity it's affected this script as I fully depend on it

Broken for me on firefox. Was working just fine this morning, not anymore.
