Replaces the first instance of "count: false" (the one at the beginning of the returned chunk_reveal return string) with "count: true" - hacky, but it works

(it occurs to me that since I use the base R pipe and placeholder that would add a dependency to R>=4.2.0; if you don't want that you might want to re-write the code slightly)
