I got this error when running on a Mac Mini M1, Ventura 13.4.1, Xcode 14.3.1 Not sure if this is related to the error in SDK 48 (in M1) that it supposed to be fixed in SDK 49

How did you fixed up? Im in SDK 50 and it also happens.
