DF (Dramatic Failure) Beat reports should be available from the character sheet, and configurable to be set by Storyteller for how many times it can be used per session/chapter/game.
Aspiration Progress beats should be available next to each Aspiration for a character, and configurable to be set by Storyteller for how many times it can be used per Aspiration per session/chapter/game.
This requires threaded replies, so Storytellers can approve or deny beat reports, and adjust beats accordingly (so that beat reports are not automatically factored into XP calculations, and requires authorization). Threaded replies ~ "referencing another item in the log".
