Add overlapping branches filter to ERC_analyses.py or Network_analyses.py? #123

Currently ERC correlations are only calculated for pairs of the genes with at least 3 overlapping branches. The cutoff is currently hard-coded at 3. Should we hard-code this at a higher number? Should we allow the user to set the cutoff as an argument?
