Similar to other collectibles. Made a unique issue (even though it has been started with the others) due to its subtle, but important differences.

Setting up Artifacts menu and buttons:

Set up the menu for artifact and audio logs. Updated documentation so that there is an ID. It is important to note that in the collectables boolean array notes start at an offset of 0, audio logs at 14, and artifacts at 24
