General Testing #75

Just to have the issue of showing testing/most likely for general timing of testing that isn't already an issue. Testing will be outlined in the main testing documentation and results posted in that (at the least posted in the testing folder).

Collectables: -Testing is almost completely passed. Audio logs are having an issue where they may or may not play during others if multiple are pressed. Not sure how to fix this. Will make specific issue for it if not already made
