@BrendanMan3 The error in the log indicates an issue with the device at the system level. Please ensure the device is properly connected, has adequate power, and appears in Device Manager as operating normally.
Where in device manager would it show?
It should appear under Human Interface Devices, but it may be easier to use USBDeview.
Ok tried a fresh update to fan control and in settings the plugins say no plugins loaded?
