bulk username generation #3

I noticed the generateBulkUsernames function was commented out although it looks like it is perfectly functional. I've written tests around it, and would like to contribute to this repo.

Separately, I'd like to update the dev-dependencies to fix some audit issues. Ideally upgrade most of them to the latest Node18 compatible versions.

I'd also like to add a feature to add useCamelCase option so generated usernames can be yellowTiger or yellow-Tiger
