Remove librarie verification #8

I think these tests for available libraries (jQuery, Zepto) should be removed, I don't think this is really useful and it's increasing the code complexity.

If you wish, I can make a pull request with this.

I made refactoring. I think the code is very legible now and I didn't have to remove any feature.
