Description

Create alerts on the ntfy.sh service when essential/critical endpoints or essential/critical scheduled events happen. This would be good to have to know when these essential events kick off, as these events could be affecting the service or database.

AC1 - Alert should be pushed if critical services/methods such as mongo service throws an exception/catches an exception

This should be pushed to a critical specific channel AC2 - Any other non-critical exceptions/errors being thrown can get pushed to another non-critical channel for separation.
