It's time to serialize posts. #41

This will give much more meaning to scraping TL profile pages for post totals, and cut down on the refresh time for new posts by a ton.

I can now serialize all cached post pages (with posts) at the same time. If I want to do them individually, I will need to make a directory to store individual files for each cache, and use a different file and streamwriter for each so they don't run into each other.
