ScrapeGlobalPlayerLists is missing a bunch of players #58

...because it is only taking Hex color codes, when a lot of players are given by "RGB" codes, like this:

Fixed - there was apparently one Asia/Oceana player with mixed race (T/Z) keeping me at 1078 instead of 1079!

If liquipedia changes their CSS code again, this will break. Maybe brainstorm a way to insulate the scrape from minor changes like that.
