Fixed DF and Dragon Scale Prices #183

Pulled DF and Dragon Scale prices out of my old Ginnungagap DB and applied them.

Nachtmahr may have already fixed the dragonscale prices. I'll check and make sure I'm not replacing good values with bad ones later today.

Looks like I fixed prices last year, but two of the prices in my fix didn't match my old DB. One was correct in the old DB, and the other was correct in my previous fix. Both should now be correct.
