LineXSpell : fix the minstrel 'Song of Power' duplicate entry #235

The minstrel spell "Song of Power" has a duplicate in the spell line "Instruments" Correct entry is the one corresponding to Level 1

According to Excidio (and my memory) the correct one is the level 10 one. :grin:

Ah ok, I was looking at this page to double check : https://darkageofcamelot.com/content/class-library-minstrel Is it because the DAOC page is bugued ? Trying to find the most accurate reference :)

Yeah, this seems like an oversight. Afaik it was never like that and I am sure it isn't.
