Add missing spell chains for SpellTokenMerchant #267

Remove SpellXCustomValues from export ignore

Yeah, I messed up. I didn't see that SpellXCustomValues was blocked from exporting and therefore the SpellTokenMerchant couldn't work because the associated spells weren't connected with the referenced spell.
