Hi, what license applies to this? How may it be used? If no license is specified, it must be regarded as "all rights reserved" and may not be used by anyone without express permission.

Hi, thanks for pointing this out. I'm quite new to sharing / contributing to open source code and didn't think of license. I put GPL3 license now, by adding the license text file and a note in readme. I was concerned like "what should I do to have a license for the code", is the answer "choose a license and add its document to the repo" ?
