[Skill planner] Skill sorting using attributes #57

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a load of skill to a plan
  2. Enable primary and secondary attributes from settings
  3. Click column header to sort by attribute

Bug

Skill sorting by attribute (primary or secondary) don't works

Expected

Skill are sorted to match prerequisite order then 'subsorted' by attribute
