Doesn't work with .net core #60

Could it? It just seems to be the XmlRpc dependency that isn't supported?

This repo is super old and pretty-much unmaintained.

With so many requests for bug fixes and now support for netstandard, I've created a small skeleton of an updated library using the REST API.

I won't have too much time to commit to it. But here it is for anyone that want's to hack on it.
