As a user, I should be able to send friend requests to other users

Requirements for completion:

• [x] Can send a friend request from one user to another which will create a document where status = 1 (pending request)
• [x] Duplicate relationship document is not created when recipient tries to request same user
  • this can be achieved using a unique compound index
