aggregator.js now modularized ⚙️
Added general required functions 💯
Added Doxygen formatted comments 🐂
Universalized exported functions 🌐

Thought: It may be better to have one vendor.js file that runs the vendor APIs. As it is right now, time construction will be the same in each vendor file, the main differences will come from API URL construction and API response parsing. Can/should we do this more modularly?

Time construction will not be the same across the APIs.

Please fix the event aggregator description. Also the schema is about to change. (This would have been done by now if you and Batch had allowed me to edit it live in the meeting.
