Hi Joel,
we are making a significant backend change so some of the data instances are offline. this should only affect users that have research accounts. If you have a regular free account or a paid account this should not affect you at all. In case your account should work, please let me know your email and I'll check what seems to be the problem.

Yes, your account was marked as research account which is why it was not working. I've temporarily marked it as a subscribed account. Let me know if you still have the issue. Best, G
