Opening this issue to track updates. This is known bug which has been fixed in the Terraform provider https://github.com/EventStore/terraform-provider-eventstorecloud/pull/73 but is yet be fixed in the Pulumi provider.

Error: error expanding disks for managed cluster: Unable to expand cluster disk: disk type is unknown

Updated the TF provider version, so this should work.
