Remove steel blend recipe from various mods

Metallurgic Infuser (MI) from Mekanism can still make steel blend with coal and iron dust:

Coal + Iron = Enriched iron .Coal + Enriched iron = Steel blend ..Steel blend ---Smelt---> Steel ingot

Create Mixing: 3 Iron + 1 Coal ---Heated Mixing---> 3 Steel

AllTheOres: Iron Dust + 4 Coal + Ore Hammer = Steel Blend

These let the player avoid having to make steel from blast furnaces.

Which version of the builds was this in, i remember removing alot in the latest. Related to steel ?
