Repeated Crashing #23

I keep getting the same crash error about every 40 mins or so while playing. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Crash Report: https://pastebin.com/D28bFee6

An unsupportted old RF API is installed (1.7.10R1.0.1 from RemainInMotion-2.8.9.jar). Ender IO needs at least 1.7.10R1.0.2 and will NOT work with older versions.

                try installing a new version of RF API if you haven't already

I'm having a problem where it doesn't make the server.lock file and complains about not having access to it. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance
