Script is near complete, but we need to add additional verbosity and functionality.

Currently working:

Copy server files into server folder
Create EULA and configuration files with basic information

Need to get working:

Clean up unnecessary folders (e.g. "Bin")
Incorporate server update checker to check GitHub for changes when launching server.
Include documentation for setting up SimplePush
Include auto-restart script functionality to Launch_Server.bat
Additional changes not yet documented
