Horizontal room wrap controller (from Celsius) #112

Closes #1 (better late than never).

This screen wrapping code is pulled directly from Celsius. 0x0ade, also consider that PR as myself asking for permission to copy this into Spring Collab 2020.

Works perfectly when used in combination with a camera target trigger to lock camera X movement: image Video from this room
