Custom Lightning Types, Brambles, Rainbow Lightning, Custom Colors of Lightning

Remember that in context, this was for lightning blocks, not the lightning special effect. I might look into this soon after I get a few custom berries plucked out of BerryHelper and saned up.

Custom Colors of Lightning added in Frost Helper 1.15 via the Change Lightning Color trigger
