Phone Display and Base Functionality for Dates

Implement a screen (not a full scene, idelaly just a prefab that we can hook up) to display phone information. Should include:

• Scrollable screen
• Contacts of each character (we'll implement the feature to add only people you've met later)
  • Should be clickable
  • Will run a short script from them (not needed yet)
