This project also should provide technical design and architecture of the project. Goal

The purpose of project documentation is to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information throughout the project's lifecycle.

Currently the documentation are captured here on notion https://simplypheyie.notion.site/BRAINDAO-DESIGN-DOCUMENTATION-8a412e30abaa40bfb60e7775f56e7d43 but we might need to open an organisational notion account so we can share with the stakeholder since this is personal account and we can move all our architectural chat in them @kesar

documentation should never be outside of company managed accounts. If everyone create docs in his personal accounts becomes a mess

I have raised this issue before now, but you had some issues creating the account then, but I will create an organizational account for BrainDAO and we would migrate all the documentation there

we can use google docs as we do for everything else, instead of having everyone to create a notion account to access / edit documentation

I am breaking each of the above named projects into sub-smaller issues so that it can be easily closed out , once that is done , I would have to close out this issue and move with the smaller ones for effective tracking and completion on time
