custom knowledge not activated by default #2737

Description

when a user joins a team on iqgpt, all the plugins shouldn't be deactivated, when a question is made, but present this is the bug that happened to a user, when a joined a team and made a question, all the plugins were deactivated, we need to fix this.

@Softdev1 I haven't been able to replicate this issue. I tested with multiple groups and various cases (switching between admin and team member roles), but the custom knowledge for the team remains selected.
