Fix issues related to the pending tab

Description

• [x] we need to Update the first message on the right, and add a message after according to each tab So instead of the 3 messages we have 2, last message addressing each tab
• [x] Upon refreshing, the "pending tab" does not display the updated page and instead redirects to an error page.
